Time viewing

I thought I’d highlight one of this week’s minor updates – a slight change to date/time display.

Rather than being basic text, e.g. ’04 Jan 2012 9:00′, the time element is now shown as a little analogue clock symbol. If you hover the mouse over the clock, you get the 24 hour digital form. This makes times easy to see at a glance and hopefully a bit more attractive, but also differentiates dates with times attached to those without. So for example, some of the data in a system may look like this:

If you want to filter on a date/time field, filter as normal, i.e. a filter ’10 Dec 2012 9am’ or ’10 Dec 2012 9:00′ would both find the same record.

As always, please let us know any feedback or further ideas.
